Medical and Legal Facts: 1) Dr. Kary Mullis, the 1993 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry from North Carolina reported the non-existence of HIV/AIDS, the non-detectability of HIV/AIDS in blood, the lack of a standard HIV/AIDS test, and the widespread medical malpractice with misdiagnoses in the U.S. to the London Times, Saturday Edition.
2) The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, removed AZT from the market amidst pending cases against Burroughs Wellcome, Glaxo, Glaxo Wellcome, Glaxo Smith Kline, and the like for wrongful death from AZT poisoning, medically and legally documented fatal side effects of AZT include fatal pneumonia, bone marrow depletion, and the like.
3) U.S. Code Title 42 and the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations 45 part 46 and 21 parts 50 and 56 prohibit unnecessary medical tests, unnecessary medical prespcriptions, and the like, and U.S. Code Title 18 Part I Chap. 13 Sec. 282 and Title 28 Part VI Chap. 171 Sec. 2680 prohibit discrimination/deprivation of rights under color of law; false arrest, false imprisonment, slander, libel....
